NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 - (July 2, 2009) - The City of Youngstown is making an application to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for $32.42 million in Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 funds in partnership with the cities of Warren, Niles, Newton Falls, McDonald, Girard, Struthers, Campbell and Lowellville. The draft document is available here for public review and comments from July 2 through July 14, 2009. The draft application may also be reviewed at any of the following locations:

City of Youngstown Announces Low Fixed Rate for Natural Gas Aggregation Program - Youngstown, Ohio (November 3, 2008) – Mayor Jay Williams and City of Youngstown officials are pleased to announce that they have established a fixed rate for natural gas for members wishing to join the City’s new gas endorsement program. Residents wishing to enroll in the City’s program will enjoy a fixed rate of $8.99 per Mcf for all gas consumed through their Dominion East Ohio Gas November, 2009 billing period.
