The Demolition & Housing Division has recently moved their offices to the lower level of City Hall, located at 26 South Phelps Street.
RD-1-2007, RD-2-2007, RD-3-2007, RD-4-2007, RD-5-2007, RD-6-2007, RD-7-2007 and RD-8-2007 are being or have been advertised and demolition for 2007 has begun.

The 2006 Demolition lists currently under contract can be accessed by clicking on the following links. RD-1-2006, RD-2-2006, RD-3-2006, RD-4-2006, RD-5-2006, RD-6-2006, RD-7-2006, RD-8-2006 and RD-9-2006 are completed.
Bids were opened in August 2006 for the former Tod Memorial School located at 216 Dupont Street and is now completed.
